Building Rich Client Applications in the Browser

Prerequisites: Knowledge of JavaScript/html/css
RequireJS is a JavaScript file and module loader. It is optimized for in-browser use, but it can be used in other JavaScript environments, like Rhino and Node.
AngularJS is what HTML would have been, had it been designed for building web-apps. Declarative templates with data-binding, MVW, MVVM, MVC…
HTML5 is the latest version of HTML and XHTML.
This workshop is organized by the AUA College of Science and Engineering.
Speaker:
Rouben Meschian, a former member of the Advanced Technologies team at IBM, is a founding software engineer at Cambridge Semantics where he is the lead developer of Anzo on the Web, a fully customizable web application that allows end users to create dashboards to view and edit linked data. He is a graduate of Boston University (BA, MA), and has over 10 years of experience developing a variety of user and enterprise applications.
